I like to forward the atatched message from Tom Ludlam and Sam Aranson regarding the RHIC II science working groups and workshops. I will encourage you all to read this carefull to make up your mind if and how to participate in the planning . This is obviously of particluar importance to US collaborators, and to those of us who may be around when RHIC II may in fact happen in 8-10 years. This may seems a long way off, but with the NSAC planning and long lead time funding of science it is important to act now to move this process forward. regards Flemming ---------------------------------------------------------------- Flemming Videbaek Physics Department Brookhaven National Laboratory e-mail: videbaek@bnl.gov phone: 631-344-4106 ----- Original Message ----- > Dear Wit, Bill, Tim, Flemming: > > The kick-off workshop for the RHIC II Science working groups went well, > I think.
