    Dear Friends,
BRAHMS is now part of the CERN meeting agenda system. Two advantages of this systemat are that our talks will be saved and that we can use the search options to find old talks. After the meeting we will attach minutes. To access these meetiing s you will be asked for the usual BRAHMS password. (The user name is "agenda")
For the Lawrence meeting the link is agenda.cern.ch/age?a044479

If possible given the late notice I would like the speakers to upload their talks to the
agenda. To do this you have to click onto "modify"
The modification password for this event is: Lawrence

Once you do this you will see the agenda and certain items will have red arrows next to them eg

>> My great talk A. Author

Double click on the red arrow and then go to
  attach files
     file upload

The attached file shows a screen shot of the process.

Eric and I will be wandering the halls with USB sticks looking for talks. Once your talk is done please give it to us so that we can archive it.
