 Hi Steve,

 I think the main concern of the referee is that our ratio
 R_0-30 (lower panel in Fig.2) does'nt show the triangle
 as in the PHOBOS data (Nouicer and Gyulassy talks at QM).
 With the asterisks added in the figure, it becomes clear now
 that this apparent inconsistency is simply due to the
 centrality selection (which is anyway detector dependent).
 This is clearly stated in the new version.
 I think, this is the best that we can do. There is of course a risk
 that the referee might recommend to convert it into a PRC paper.
 But, I don't see what we can do more!

 Two minor points:

  1) Last sentence in the caption of Fig.2
    "The asterisks correspond to a rescaling using ..."
 -> "The asterisks correspond to a rescaling of the ratio R_{0-30} using ..."

  2) page 3, right column, Third paragraph
    "This is shown in Fig.2 where the asterisks indicate .... for 0-30%
    (panel a) and 60-80% (panel b) most central events ..."
     I would remove "most central" here (60-80% are not central).
