[Brahms-l] BNL site wide network distruption

Hello.  There will be a network router upgrade to BNL today at 5pm.  
This is the BNL site wide network distruption.  The disruption should be 
quick, but ...    Also, at the same time, the firewall to the RCF 
network will be upgraded.
