Dear collaborator,

I have gotten the latest version from Jens Jorgen. It has relative few updates compared to the version yesterday.
I will be editting the text during the day, particular with a view on chapter 7 and the concluding chapter.

I will gather comments, consider and include. It seems from messages that e.g. Phenix will edit the document over the
weekend.

It can be found on
http://www4.rcf.bnl.gov/~videbaek/brahms/index.html

For the discussion on Monday it will be useful to have suggestions to some obvious questions that e.g.
T.Kirk as the management person persent will ask, paraphrasing questions we have heard numerous times from
theorist and higher up management.

Since you are not proclaming the observation of QGP
- why is the hot dense system observed not the s(QGP) ?
- what would it require to say it has been observed and charecterized.

the present white paper certainly ducks such questions, and state that a dense system with un-expected behaviour
has been observed.

flemming
