I.e. the email address they provide is for a central booking office, which
is apparently unable to do the booking themselves so all they do is pass
the mail on and send you this standardized reply. This worked for
Flemming, but JH had problems so please make sure you get this
confirmation within a day or two. If not, let me know and I'll call them
directly.
