[Brahms-l] resubmission of dAu multiplicity paper

Hi,
I have resubmitted the d+Au multiplicity paper to PRL,
updated arXiv (nucl-ex/0401025), and updated the BRAHMS
publications and publications data files.  The change to the data
is mainly a better accounting of the statistical errors on the
MA results.

The main change in the paper is an expanded discussion of
systematic uncertainties.  This, and other small
changes requested by the referees,  also necessitated a large number of
wording changes to keep the text under the PRL size limit.
