Dear Collaborator,

Based on discussion and information received so far it seems that we should redo the following

Missing 4 deg
A/B 1723 ~ 1M trigger 6 ( + trigger 2)
B 1219 ~ 1M trigger 6 (+trigger 2) ; Add same amount of A pol

These runs were taken in a period 1/12-1/15 where the alcohol for DC was not flowing, and the Vdrift calibration will be diffiuclt.
I suggest these will taken tomorow during the day time, and steady continued running over the weekend with the 8 deg full field.

The second point is the polarity of FS at 8 deg should be reversed by now we have ~ 4M triggers for A3450 an 2.2M for B3450.

Today beam development for 31+21 GeV looks reasonable succesfull. Some data have already been collcted indicated that
a) The zdc's would not be effecient for central collisions
b) the combinations of BB and/or ZDC will give a trigger reasobale effecient over the whole centrality range.
c) rates with 6 bunches are still very low ~6 zc/sec (top) whereas one would have hope for ~ 20-30/sec. Hopefully additional tuning
can improve this

regards
    Flemming
