Dear Collaborator, Winter has hit the norteast again, Long Island has gotten ~ 8"" of snow so far. The laboratory has delayed opening until 12 noon. RHIC is running. BE CAREFUL when traveling on lab. roads, and walking in and around the counting houase. It is icy in many spots below the newly fallen snow.
