U1,U2 (wires 1-5) is a selected problem. These channels go to the
same Ecl-Mux cable tagged with C3. In this case it might be a broken 
fuse on the
LV splitting board (if red diode is on).

I see that you successfully fixed the T4. Was it a broken fuse on mux board?
