QM talk rehearsal

Hi all,
We have agreed that those of us going to QM would gather Sunday
afternoon for rehearsals of Michael's and Ramiro's talks.  I guess the 
best
place to gather would be at the conference center.
I propose that we meet near the registration area at 5.15 pm, and
then find a place where we can do the rehearsals.  This should
allow enough time to register, and let us finish before all the liquid 
refreshments
at the reception are gone.  I will try to arrange
a room beforehand.  In fact, I tried to get a meeting room at my hotel, 
but
I have not heard back from them.
Please let me know quickly if this is NOT acceptable, so that I can
make an alternate plan.
