QM presentations

Dear BRAHMS QM participants,
We have four talks, and a large number of posters, to present at QM.
Here is the schedule for BRAHMS oral presentations:
Dec. 22: "rough draft" of talks.  Please send a ppt file to the 
Speaker's Bureau
bearden@nbi.dk
ssanders@ku.edu
videbaek@bnl.gov
including figures you know you will show, and preliminary versions of 
figures you hope to be able to make in time to show.

Jan 3. Final draft ppt file, together with an outline of what you plan 
to say

Jan 7 "final" version of talk, including reasonable suggestions

Week of Jan 7: Give "final" talk for local group

Jan 11: (Sunday of QM) Monday speakers (I believe this is Ramiro and 
Michael) give rehearsal talk for
    other BRAHMS people at QM.  I (IGB) will try to organize a location 
for this.

Jan 12 (Monday) evening: Parallel speakers (Zhongbao and Djamel) give 
rehearsal talk.  I will organize this as we come closer to Dday.

POSTERS:
Please circulate a "draft" poster by Dec.22, so that there is time to 
comment in the (very) short time before Christmas.
Jan 3: "Final" draft for collaboration approval
Jan 7: Final version to be printed.  This should still leave time for 
out-of-house printing and laminating.
