[Brahms-l] paper draft on meson data

Hi all,

Here is a draft on the meson data (based on my PhD analysis).
I personaly think that it needs a lot of work in the text and also the 
main message we want to give. I therefore need inputs from all, 
particularly from experts in pi's and K's.
