Dear Colleagues,
AS you probably know the deadline for abstarct to QM04 is end of this month.
In general ,but in particular for this conference the collaboration has to make sure we submit a good set of abstracts that stand a good chance to be accepted and where the analysis also can be completed. The group at NBI has written a first set they will like to submit; I will encourage other groups and people to write abstract and circulate.
As was setup in Krakow the 'speakers bureau' consisting of Ian, Steve and myself will go over the set of abstracts and coordinate these. Hopefuly there will be no conflicts. All abstract should be available to the collaboration at the latest on September 22 so we have a wekk or so to consider these.
