The beam use proposal was submitted late Monday. The final version is quite
close to that circulated by Jens Jorgen, including corrections/suggestions
from Steve, Brendan and myself.

You can find the submitted version on
http://www.sdcc.bnl.gov/brahms/presentations.html

All the beam use proposal are meant to be poste on
http://www.bnl.gov/henp/
according to T.Kirk. As of this evening only Brahms and Phobos has been
posted, which I interpret that Star+phenix have not submitte by this
morning.
