I think there may be needs for institutional copies as well as
individuals' copies.  I suggest at least 2 per person noted on the
front page credits and, in addition, at least 3 per institution.

I will order reprints of our most recent masterpiece soon.  First, 
though, I'd like to know how many to order.
Could one (responsible) person from each institute please let me know 
how many you'd like?  If I've not heard
anything by Friday, I'll order and each inst. will get 10 reprints.
