    At this time, the place where one should change 
    her/his Kerberos passwd is on one of the SSH gateways.
    
    These are rssh0X.rhic.bnl.gov (X=1-4) for the RCF
    
    and atlasgw0X.usatlas.bnl.gov (X=1,2) for USAtlas.
    
    There are currently issues with the Linux farms and
    other machines that make the SSH gateways the places
    to change your Kerberos passwd.  The appropriate
    command is "passwd".
