Hi Hiro,
I think it sounds good.  I have two (very small) comments:
I would change the 3rd sentence to read:
In the pseudorapidity range |eta|<2.2, the data were obtained using....
In the range 2.2<|eta|<4, arrays of....

And, of course, in the last sentence, you should say:  "It is a quark 
gluon plasma, period!"
