Over the  last 3 day there was a RHIC retreat (on-site) to evaluate this years run and start preparing for the next.
Most of the talks presentations are on the cited webpage below; many are quite technical of course but there are general one related to background, running conditions, experiment interface, and expectation for next year
At this point CA-D is planning for a long Au-Au run with some pp commisioning at the end.
