The machine clearly has more work to do before we can get to real physcis mode - todays meeting should clarify the division between dev and (planned) running Flemming Subject: Tuning rotator ramp after polarity switch | Hey, | | by 15:00 the swap was done (thanks to Mitch Delavergne and CAS :)) and | recommissioning of the rotator ramp has begun. Tuning the ramp is in | progress and according to Wolfram Fischer, the physicist on shift, | there's a chance that he'll get ready to deliver beam to experiments | after midnight. Let's cross fingers. | | Right now development with 6x6 ramp is going on. The last polarization | measurements (at injection!) resulted in 42% in Blue and 30% in Yellow. | | Have a good night, | | Angelika (& Adam)
