Committing geometry for run III to DB

    Hello,
Given the survey numbers Flemming sent out on 30-Mar as well as some 
iterations today, I have generated the positions of the detectors in 
Run-III in their local coordinates, that is the coordinates in which 
they are stored in the DB.  As committing these new numbers (which in 
principle should be better than what is currently in the DB) will cause 
changes in the reconstruction, I plan to do that tomorrow, 8-Apr-2003 on 
or about 9:00am Texas time unless I hear a good enough reason to the 
contrary to cause me to stop.

Therefore, if you see a reason for me not to proceed, let me know.  I 
will take your silence to be your approval.
