magnetic fields for runs this morning

The firlds for 8486 was corrected in the DB.
the e-log note says 8485 was aalso 1/8 but the run-start dump say otherwise. 
This needs clarification.
The run-starts end are quite confusing, and seems to have been done not precesily in correct order

the procedure is
a) start the run by DAQ, and see it is going
b) push the e-log start-run
.. run and take good data
c) end the run
d) push the end-run on elog BEFORE the next run is started.
