    Shift Summary:
    ------------------------------------------------------------
Finally, we've had beam again :-) They cogged a store at 02:15, and it's still running.

    Runs:

Run Type Trig 3 Trig 6 Setting
    8041 Pedestal
    8042 TPC pedestal
    8043 DVM
    8044 Data 165k 60k FS12 1/4B, MRS90 1050B
    8045 Data 148k 42k Same
    8046 Data Still running Same

However, MRC have not been able to control our background (even after many steering attempts), so all the data from tonight have TOFW/ZDC = ~30. The quality of these runs therefore remains to be seen. At 07:30 I voted with PHENIX to dump this store, hoping for less background next time, but MCR called and said they'd keep it anyway...

No detector problems, though :-) I get readout from all slats of TOFW2, except for nr. 10 and 20 which are blank. (Or maybe they're not used?)

I've implemented an alpha version of a simple program that does local tracking, global tracking, ..., TOFW/Cherenkov pid on the current run. I've missed this as an addition to BrNtuple, SuperMon and the others. Anyone who is interested can have a look in
    ~operator/test/shiftReco/
and see what I've done so far. To use, go to the dir above and say
    ./shiftReco 1234
(1234=runnumber...) and it'll reco 1000 events from seq 0 and show a (currently not too informative) summary plot. See e-log for examples of these plots. I'll develop this further as I find time... (Also, do ./shiftReco -h to see options.)

    That's it :-)
