paper size in ps/pdf note

    Hello.  I have a request to anyone who writes a note in ps/pdf file. 
Can we agree on to post a note with a page size in A4 as well as Letter? 
  It is just a pain to print A4 ps/pdf in USA, and I am sure it is not a 
joy to print Letter size file in anywhere else (other than some minor 
locations).  At least, I can easily say that quite often A4 size note is 
not read by US people because it can not be printed without some strange 
trick.  Therefore, if a person wants other people to read, I highly 
suggest to post it on both page formats.  And, I am tired of killing 
print queues.
