Shift Summary:

1.  Machine up most of the time.
2.  Fixed H1
    Fixed MRS trigger

3.  DAQ crashed many times due to the high background.
It seems that a shifter needs an extra attention to DAQ and scalers almost constantly, so that the DAQ does not crash.  The definition of good background is currently defined as 60K (TOFW scaler 14)/4.5K (ZDC scaler 1), which is achievable by MCR if a shifter only asks!!!  Therefore, a shifter must ask them to do.
