2nd revision of proceedings for PANIC02

    Howdy again.

After a few more comments and requests I've revised my proceedings once 
  more. It is available at http://pii3.brahms.bnl.gov/~bergen/jens as 
before.

 From the requests I had to embed Fig. 1 (Thanks Flemming) into the text 
to fit into the maximum of 4 pages. I think this change is ok. The size 
of the figure was not changed. I will submit tomorrow morning Norwegian 
time.
