    Hi all,

Here is my proceeding for QM 2002. It's almost finished. I still need 
to complete the final tables with statistical errors and will 
certainly finish that by tomorrow. I've already got corrections from some 
of you, thanks. The results were checked and re-checked by me, Peter and 
David. I don't think some dramatic changes will occur. Please read it and 
give me your comments. This must be sent to the editors ASAP.
