I will like to share the following message from last years scheduling physicist. There is no change in overall plan
but this give you a bit more details (at the referenced web page) on the startup.

close to Booster/AGS (and RHIC!) start up. The upcoming RHIC FY03 run
will start with a  d-Au run followd by polarized protons in spring next
year. Please have a look at the scheduling webpage for the start up
schedule October thru November:
