The three plots that you suggest are certainly "safe", although adding an interpretation to the lim. frag. results can lead to discussion! I think the scaled dN/deta vs npart is also a good plot to a) indicate the deviation from Npart scaling at midrapidity, b) be able to state that the "hard" component is not found to increase significantly at the higher energy, and c) the global mult results, bu themselves, are not going to answer the question of saturation (both calculations give comparable results...). I'd argue more strongly for this figure if it weren't for the Npart problem....
