Do you want to take the full archive, then please, by all means. But
wouldn't it be a good idea to keep the things togther?

I'd like to point out, that we asked for the presentations in a
common format, like HTML, Postscript and so on, but also said, if you
want some other format, then you must also provide one of the common
formats too. In short, if you want to submit PowerPoint files, good,
but then you must also provide HTMLs, a PDF, or similar (see my
original message quoted by Dana below). In that way, we sure that all
of us can get your golden thougts.

Well, it's impossible to extract plots and pictures from Micro$..t
    Power(?)Point files if you don't have a Micro$..t Power(?)Point
lisence, which means you need to have a Micro$..t Windoze Lisence too,
and some of us don't. The moral of the story:

Make your ROOT scripts, Postscript, XFig, JPGs, PNGs, LaTeX,
<shudder>GIFs</shudder>, ladida - in short: the sources - avaliable.

It's as it says in the GPL:

The source code for a work means the preferred form of the work for
      making modifications to it.

A Micro$..t Power(?)Point is defently not a good form if you don't own
    a lisence.

It's almost (not entirely, but almost) impossible to extract the plots
and pictures from the web-pages that Micro$..t Power(?)Point
produces. One reason is that the HTML pages blocks attempts to save
to disk. What you need to do is to have access to the directory
itself, and then extract the figures directly from the HTML files.
    Tricky, but doable.
