Hi 

I have made a rough summary (things are missing) of what I have done to 
get spectra results in the MRS. Plots and procedures are outlined and most 
programs can be found in my brahms_app. I will continue to modify the code 
and the web page, but as it is it could still give some inspiration for 
other people doing the same. Please write me if you have any questions.
