MRS geometry values in DB

Hello,
This message is to announce that the geometry values for the survey for
the MRS platform have been inserted in the geometry DB.  The current
feeling is that they are final and official (baring any mistake I may
have made in typing them in), so they should be used.

The final FS values have not been inserted.  We await final confirmation
from "testers".  They will be inserted as soon as we know they are
good.  An announcement will follow.
