Dear Collaborator,

The multiplicity paper for the 200 GeV data was send back to us by the editors recently; The last referee had several valid comments about the paper, that we ought to have addressed up front. A new version is ready
to re-submission following clarifications in the text, as well as modification of some of the systematic errors that
unfortunately were not described correctly in the first version. Several paragraphs has been re-written to avoid sloppiness on our behalf . The errors in fig4 reflect the syst 3% errors. Steve and I think the paper is ready for re-submission; Please review it carefully in particular par. 2, par 6, and the conclusion.
The text is available on the pii's in the kansas account ~kansas/dndeta01/dndeta01.ps and dedeta01_clo2.ps.
In particular I ask the committee member to review this quickly.
We will kindly request comment to be back to Steve, and me  by Wednesday noon US time. This is short
but little will be gain by extending this time.
