    Hi,
    new week - new mails ... ;)

Today, we'll continue with machine development in RHIC until midnight (working on improving ramps) when we open for a controlled access of the order of 1 h (BRAHMS, PHENIX, sector 1&2). During the night we'll deliver collisions with 55x55 until tomorrow morning.

The next Westinghouse maintenance can take place as late as thursday. Since their's still a lot of need for experimental accesses we'll postpone beam studies and schedule another 4-5 hours access for wednesday or thursday. Please let me know if you have any preferences or your needs are not met with 4-5 hours.

Polarization in the AGS could be improved. This work is still in progress. We now measure 30-40% at extraction energy and could also measure an increase at RHIC injection :).

    I see you tomorrow,
