Version 3.9 has been put on the
~kansas/dndeta01 directory
of
pii3.brahms.bnl.gov

The manuscript in PRL format is called:
dndeta01_2col.ps (.tex, .pdf).
Figures are included, but may also be inspected in larger size (fig1-5.eps).

We consider this the final draft. A great many collaborators -also outside
the writing group- have already commented the manuscript.

Please read it carefully and send your final comments ASAP so that we may
produce the definitive version 4.0 tomorrow.

Unless some major inconsistency is suddenly found, it is the ambition to
submit to PRL friday afternoon EST.
