    	To all shifters, "Do not turn off Si HV".  Turning off Si HV does
    not help radiation damages to silicon at all.  In fact, turning off Si HV
    without turning down low voltage causes large current in preAmp-shapper
    electronics and could break fuses (for safty).  If it breaks, it will
    require someone to go into IR.  Therefore, do not turn off Si HV.
