Investigated the T5- module 2 problem.

- With all anodes off  (as found this morning)
    Field a1 1350 see 260 V on cathode hv channel (no current).

- Field at 0
    at small cathode voltage (400V) see 49 micro A --> 8 MOhm short
    No apperant cross talk to anode wires. *xu, y, or v)

- Set all demand & deafult voltages for T5-2 to zero

- Should operate remaining modules T5-A1 and T5-A3 with default
voltages.
