re-config of daq pii's

Yesterday,
the daq pii's were shuffled physically.

-- pii5 was moved to the sun room
-- pii4 will be the main RH6.2 linux for DAQ- I it is therefore requested that analysis work on this machine ceases
while the run is on-going. - The ntuple disk is /pii4... with the same symbolic link as before, and the
root files from run5400- up has been moved.
  compile online programs on this machine, not pi11.
--pii12 has been moved next to the op. console replacing pii4, and is intended tobe used for cpu-intensitive
  ONLINE  jobs - as supermon, ted, online reconstruction.
  Please do not run other jobs on this machine.
