One reason is that there has in fact been many problems related to the IBM
delivery being unstable etc.
and they were just relased a few days ago.So user beware.
In the most recent RCF purchase there was funds for about 12 rcas nodes, and
a good number of crs nodes that to my
knowledge tjhough without having chekced should be automatically assigned.
