    Dear Collaborator,

I will await futher comments from other people on the overall plan, but will
just add to the
item 0) that this is indeed the plan to move the BFS back to 12 deg. The
rational was tactical,
namely to get a set of data with FFS with good shielding alias BFS , and
then repeat the
mesasurement with BFS in place. It is also playing a role that the operation
of the DC is not so well understood in terms of settings of threshold value
and HV for obtaining acceptable effeciencies. This is being worked on with a
combination of scanning runs and analysis  by Pawel, and hopefully we can
all have a report on this soon.

Along with Jens Jorgen I will also request that we communicate on-going
progress within the experiment
in the form of weekly brief reports, analysis notes, and web pages as well
as discussions on more details e.g. on analysis issues on the list-servers.
A lot of work is going on and we should tell each other about progress.
