Shift Summary:

1.) No beam until 18:30, then continuous store until 23:15
 when beam dumped after votes of Brahms and Phenix.  
 Brahms voted for dump at 22:03 after first two conditions
 of "beam dump guideline" met: ie, ZDC < 100 and 
 ZDC < 1/3 of ZDC_initial.  Phenix didn't join until 
 23:45...
2.) Data runs 5057 and 5058.
3.) No new problems detected.
