    Despite an earlier message from general lab mailing that all areas with
    restricted access were to be marked as
    off-limits for parking this is not so in the CA-D. I enclose a copy of this
    from Derek (via Dana).
    
    So please park a least 30 yeards (27 meters) from the IR building i.e. along
    the side of the entrance road
    - this expect for delivery and pickup.
    - And bring an umbrella.
