Dear shift staff.

I would like to remind you a few important things
concerning the drift chambers operation:

1. Before turning on the anode HV, the cathode and field
   high voltages should be on. (Any operation with the anode
   HV can be done when the cathode and field HV are on).

2. Trip information from BadTrip software should be verify using
   HV1458B program.
