Shift Summary:

1. Beam with low collision rate ended at 3.00. Beam again
   at 7.00.
2. Run 4508 (and 4518, 4520, 4521 without FB3). 
3. Unable to start runs with FB3 (Drift Chambers). Problems
   with IoServer connection. Solved by restarting it.
