run 3925 and fb3

Hi,
I found that run #3925 was taken with fb3 partition turn off.
This means that this quite nice run (50k) is useless for the DC study.
Probably it was a mistake, so I'm writing this e-mail to remind shifters
that partition fb3 has to be always turn on when taking the data!

Maybe be we should do something more to avoid such mistakes in the future?
