status at end of week 5/18

I thought it useful to review the doc, I send to all of you beginning of this week in regard to startup status. Condiderable progress has been made, in in regard to detectors the main remaining issues are some final checkout, and preparing for close-up.
At this time it looks we might have access during the day for about the next week (only).
What needs an effort from all detector groups (and tracking group) is to review, update operational procedures, programs, monitoring
and operations guidance documents, which must come into place in the next 3-4 weeks.
I enclose an updated pdf-file of the status from Monday.
