operator account emergency cleanup

    The operator account ran out of space and I did emergency cleanup.
    
    - many root files in ntuple/data were removed
    - big root files removed in root_app/tpc
    - all files removed from operator top level directory.
    
    The operator account is under the quota, again (run "quota -v").
    
    For 30 days, removed files can be recovered from the BNL backup system.
    
    Also remember, our disks do not have an infinite capacity. Every files
    that YOU create, YOU have to delete after you do not need it.
