Avoid using pii4.brahms.bnl.gov

Please avoid using pii4.brahms.bnl.gov. A separate message will be sent
when pii4 is okey to be used again.

This is why pii4 should be avoided:

1) it randomly crashes, as often as several times per day.
2) it has been moved to subnet 68 (behind the BRAHMS firewall), and
   there are still a number of connectivity problems, most notably
   pii4 cannot communicate with opus and the /opus disks cannot
   be mounted.
