Shift Summary:

- No beam during entire shift.
 At 20:00, RHIC had a Power Supply failure (blue trim quad).
 Power supply  fixed at 22:10. Current  status "Working on 
 injection". 
 
- No data taken.

- Unable to turn on D1,D2 and D3 magnets. Called the "watch"
  to fix the problem.
  D1 and D2 are at 1/6 of max. field. D5 is at 1/4 of max.
  field.
  MCR swapped ch#13 and ch#1 (ZDC scalers), see log book p.47.
  RHIC Video system not working since 22:00.
  No detector problems.
