This means that the latest runs can just be copied. What is somehow bugging me is the following. If I try to use scp I get : rftpexp:/brahms/data01/data/raw> scp nbi@pii7.brahms.bnl.gov:/opus/disk1/ daq/spool/run002181seq000.dat . nbi@pii7.brahms.bnl.gov's password: _ _ ______ _ _ _____ rftpexp:/brahms/data01/data/raw> Write failed flushing stdout buffer. write stdout: Broken pipe rftpexp:/brahms/data01/data/raw> And this is exactly what I get if I try to scp from my nbi machine to a pii machine. It suggests to me that something is wrong with the pii scp/ssh setup (maybe something with this scp1/scp2). BTW A small thing I finally understood today. It is only the dev version of brat on piixx machines that have anything in the bin/linux dir. This means no beloved brat-config for the rest. Cheers, Peter
